AutoDeal to bring affordable contact center solution to car dealers in the Philippines., the Philippines' no. 1 online automotive marketplace, recently announced that it has partnered with Hammerjack - an Australian-owned and operated outsource provider based in Makati City - as a means to extend affordable and success-driven contact solutions for car brands and dealers in the Philippines.

The partnership will leverage Hammerjack’s established contact center capabilities and deliver an omni-channel experience to consumers while leveraging existing AutoDeal technologies that are currently used by more than 350 car dealers in the Philippines.

As a part of AutoDeal’s new Enterprise suite of services, joint solutions will focus on prospect retention using a proven workflow that has already been piloted with several automotive brands in the country. The fundamental benefits of the service will enable dealers to stay in better contact with prospects who previously inquired at their dealerships and/or discover why customers were lost to other competing dealers or brands.
