I've had some doubts about whether I'll push thru with the purchase, but Ms. Shiela really did everything she could and I'm really thankful for that. Very hands on and addressed all my queries from the start. Did not pressure me into buying and gave me time to weigh and decide on my options. Definitely would recommend and would reach out to again if I get lucky to have a chance to buy another car in the future.
