Mr. Uy is very friendly and accommodating. Just minor issues with the accessories department as they released my car with missing accessory. I only discovered that my rain visor wasn't installed when I arrived home. Apparently, there was miscommunication with a third party company that supplies Ford with accessories (which is completely unacceptable to be honest) and I can't do anything about it but to wait. Really sad.

Thanks to the dedicated efforts of Mr. Benedict, who continuously coordinated between the bank and our team, we were able to complete the auto loan transaction just in time, before the excise tax on pickup trucks was implemented. While there were some delays in the processing of the bank’s purchase order by the time we finalized our decision to purchase the Triton, Mr. Benedict’s proactive follow-ups helped ensure that the process moved forward smoothly despite the tight timeline.
