Rennell, has been very patient with me throughout the process. He checks and updates timely to keep me appriswd of the requirements needed and thanks me for being collaborative. He manages to answer all my questions even outside his shift. The only time we saw each other was the day my car was released. All was settled virtually and that how efficient Rennell is. We talked and relayed to him my requirements for my car. That time, my choice was not available. I explored other new cars in the market but a month has passed and still I cannot decide. He messaged me again at the perfect time informing me that they already have the one I was looking for. I almost forgot about Haval HEV6 Supreme because of too many offers in the market. Talk about persistence in sales but not hard selling. My approval was also in the nick of time and he was able to release the needed in less than two hours while he was sending another unit in a pier. I trusted this agent and he delivered more than what I expected. I'm from Baguio and he applied for EasyTrip and Autosweep without even me thinkin about it and suggesting to him! That's a wow! They charged me with the toll fees and gas only. 🤗 Even if my dealer is in Manila, I feel secured that he will just be a call away. I purchased my car online so just imagine his patience to the extent that he put a ruler under the car when I doubted the ground clearance. He delivered my unit in Baguio and I got more impressed with the actual car because he made me appreciate all the new and silent features. Consider it after sales but it was like he was still convincing me to buy, he could just be passive but he was equally happy with me and my family. Trust your agent and they will give the best!
