Very hands on and addressed all my queries from the start. Did not pressure me into buying and gave me time to weigh and decide on my options. Definitely would recommend and would reach out to again if I get lucky to have a chance to buy another car in the future.

If there is one transaction that I’ve had in my entire existence that I can confidently say the MOST CONVENIENT, THE EASIEST AND THE FASTEST, it was with Ms. Shiela Roque of Kia Baliwag. She is so easy to deal with. Always responsive to my many queries-promptly. She made sure that everything will be smooth from sending quotation to the final step of releasing. She was the first one to reach out -not just by sending email, but personally contacting me about my inquiry. Ms. Shiela made sure that I was updated every step of the way. I never expected that I would be as fast as 5 days from submission of the requirements to the releasing of the unit but it was made possible by her efforts. Such a hassle free process! I really felt that you I was talking to the right agent. Kia Baliwag should be proud of her initiatives. To all those reading this review, if you are planning to buy a car, I recommend, nope, I VOUCH for Ms. Shiela Roque as the sales agent to transact with!

Ms. Dizon is very professional and easy to deal with. All of my queries and inquiries were properly accommodated from the beginning until the release of the unit. She helps a lot with my auto application. I recommend her to be your agent if you want to have a Kia Vehicle.
