It was the easiest car purchase. She even waited for us to get that LAZADA Deal and stayed late (12mn) so we can avail that additional 3k discount for the first 12 reservations! Who would do that?

I sent her the voucher at passed 12mn, and she called me that same hour just to let me know that she submitted my reservation right away. We are really blown away by her enthusiasm and genuine care to her customers. We inquired with other dealers and sales agents, but, nobody matches her efforts.

Among the dealerships and agents I contacted, Sheryl was the first to respond. The whole process from my initial inquiry was much more convenient and MUCH FASTER than I thought it would be because of the quick turnaround and Sheryl’s timely responses, whether it was a complex question or a minor matter I just happened to be curious about as a first time buyer. I would highly recommend Sheryl and will definitely contact her again when it’s time for an upgrade.

Cherrie was very nice and helpful. I had a smooth transaction during my purchase. She even introduced me to an agent to process my car loan because I find the other options expensive. There were only two concerns I had during my transaction with her: (1) gasoline tank was empty (not even enough to drive to the nearest station), (2) batteries of both my keys were low. After mentioning these to her, she responded by providing my needs.

After sales support was even great, she answered all my inquiries in a timely manner. If you really want a good deal and a great purchasing experience, I'll recommend Cherrie.
