Excellent service, reserved a few weeks earlier and we asked if a unit is available before my father leave for abroad so he can still use it before leaving. They manage to deliver even with limited units, and my father was able to enjoy his dream car even for a short while. 10/10 would buy again.

James was very accommodating and quick to respond. Hope Ford Pampanga could assign better people to explain my car's features, my insurance policy, etc. The young lady assigned to explain to me sadly did not know too much about the truck's features. That area, I think needs improvement.
