What a rollercoaster ride! My car was fully submerged in flood waters last Wednesday. Contacted James yesterday and received a response almost instantaneously. After just just 24 hours, we got our vehicle and drove it home. Professional and clinically efficient… you won’t find any better agent than James and Drei. James was very accommodating and quick to respond. Hope Ford Pampanga could assign better people to explain my car's features, my insurance policy, etc. The young lady assigned to explain to me sadly did not know too much about the truck's features. That area, I think needs improvement.
