The agent is very resourceful to make it possible to approve the online car loan application. The problem is we want the red Livina at Zero downpayment as we saw from autodeal.com, but it is not available in the branch. So, we end up with a 10k downpayment plus 10k for the white pearl. Not really 100% satisfied because what we saw in autodeal is not what we get

Rennell, has been very patient with me throughout the process. He checks and updates timely to keep me appriswd of the requirements needed and thanks me for being collaborative. He manages to answer all my questions even outside his shift. The only time we saw each other was the day my car was released. All was settled virtually and that how efficient Rennell is.
