The Lotus Eletre is a full-electric performance SUV that brings together speed, luxury, and everyday ease. It’s built to give drivers that familiar Lotus handling and power, but in a bigger body that fits families or road trips. The latest update introduces the new '600' and '900' model names, which reflect how much power they carry. The Eletre 600 models make 603 hp, while the 900 versions go all the way up to 905 hp. There are five trims available: Eletre 600, 600 GT SE, 600 SPORT SE, 900 SPORT, and 900 SPORT CARBON. Each version has a clear set of features that make it easy to choose between sporty or luxury-focused builds.
Lotus announced the updated Eletre lineup in July 2025, offering a more organized and easier-to-understand naming system. This refresh also brings back classic Lotus trim names like GT SE and SPORT SE, giving a nod to the brand’s racing roots while meeting today’s expectations for premium electric cars. Two new colors, Zenith White and Akoya White, have been added to the Eletre’s exterior palette, while new interior themes like Quartz and Jasper now use LOTUSWEAR Performance Fabric for a modern touch and improved comfort.
The Eletre rides on a dedicated EV platform and is powered by dual electric motors. The 600 models make 450 kW or 603 hp and come with a 112 kWh battery, all-wheel drive, a 22 kW onboard charger, and a 20-inch wheel setup. The 900 models are even more powerful at 675 kW or 905 hp, and use a 2-speed transmission for faster response. Acceleration is strong across the board, Eletre 600 goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, while the Eletre 900 gets there in just 2.95 seconds. Top speed is up to 265 km/h. Charging is quick too, with 800V tech allowing a 10 to 80% charge in around 20 minutes when using a 350 kW DC charger. It has a max range of up to 600 km (WLTP), making it capable for long drives as well as daily city use.

Tech features in the Eletre are built to make driving easier and more enjoyable. There’s a massive 29-inch head-up display and a KEF Premium 15-speaker system in the base trims, upgraded to KEF Reference 23 speakers in higher variants. The 600 GT SE comes with an intelligent glass roof, illuminated side sills, and ambient lighting. The 600 SPORT SE and 900 models include Lotus’ dynamic handling pack, active rear spoiler, and options like massaging and ventilated front seats with soft-close doors. Parking assist, torque vectoring by brake, and smart climate zones also come standard.
The Eletre looks bold and clean with sculpted lines and aerodynamic features throughout. It’s designed to let air flow not just around but through the body, something Lotus calls "porosity." This helps with performance and cooling while giving the Eletre a unique shape. The front end features LED matrix headlights, while the side profile is sharp with smooth edges and large wheels. The SPORT CARBON model adds more carbon fiber parts and a lightweight sports bonnet for better airflow and weight savings.
Inside, the Eletre mixes comfort with advanced tech. The Jasper and Quartz interior themes use soft, high-quality LOTUSWEAR materials that are both stylish and practical. All models offer a clean dashboard layout with ambient lighting and plenty of smart storage. The 600 SPORT SE and 900 models have ventilated and massaging front seats, along with soft-close doors for added comfort. Every trim includes a four-zone climate control system, and the cabin has a balanced mix of digital features and tactile controls.
Safety features in the Eletre include a full set of driver-assist systems. From automatic braking to lane support and surround-view cameras, the Eletre is built to help prevent accidents and make parking stress-free. The brakes are strong across all trims, with 6-piston setups in higher versions. The Eletre’s sharp handling, fast response, and smart sensors work together to keep the driver in control even at high speeds.
