The coveted AutoDeal Awards is back. Now on its second year, the annual awards program of the Philippines' leading online vehicle marketplace is once again out to recognize the best Sales Agents, Dealers, and Manufacturers of 2018. Accolades are given to those who have excelled in providing digital customer service and closing online sales through the AutoDeal.com.ph platform.
Like in the previous year, the 2018 AutoDeal Awards is again presenting three (3) major awards: 2018 Sales Agent of the Year, 2018 Dealer of the Year, and the 2018 Online Customer Service Award.
2018 AutoDeal Sales Agent of the Year Award
This award is presented to the Sales Agent who demonstrates impeccable attentiveness and ability in online sales. Criteria is based on Reply Speed (40%), Sales Conversion (40%), and Customer Feedback (20%) performance January to December 2018. Bonus points are then given to sales agents who have obtained a perfect five-star customer feedback throughout the year.
New for 2018 is the introduction of Regional Finalists. Ranked by score, the Top 3 performers in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will get their own awards which includes a certificate and Php 5,000 worth of prizes each. From that group, AutoDeal will then select from the best Sales Agent from each area to win the overall Sales Agent of the Year.
The recipient of the 2018 AutoDeal Sales Agent of the Year Award will receive trophy plus a four days, three nights trip for two (2) overseas, inclusive of round trip airfare, airport transfers, and accommodation.
2018 AutoDeal Dealer of the Year Award
Much like the Sales Agent award, the Dealer of the Year recognizes dealerships with the best aggregated Reply Speed (40%), Sales Conversion (40%), and Customer Feedback (20%). But in this case, score are based on aggregated performance of its entire digital sales team.
AutoDeal will pick only one (1) from its over 300+ partner dealers nationwide that has stood out for its outstanding performance on the AutoDeal platform. The winner of the 2018 AutoDeal Dealer of the Year Award will receive a trophy. AutoDeal will award and celebrate with the winner on their dealership itself.
2018 AutoDeal Online Customer Service Award
Reserved for OEMs and Distributors, the highest award is given to the best overall performing car brand on AutoDeal. Scores are again based on Reply Speed (40%), Sales Conversion (40%), and Customer Feedback (20%), aggregated from the brand's entire nationwide dealership network.
The 2018 AutoDeal Online Customer Service Award will be selected from the 20+ partner brands who are part of the AutoDeal platform this year.
2018 AutoDeal Online Buyers' Choice Awards
Aside from the three main awards, AutoDeal will also present Online Buyers Choice Awards for the most popular vehicles among AutoDeal Car Buyers per vehicle segment. This will purely be based on Lead-to-Sale Conversion Rate and will be given to the No. 1 Subcompact Car, No. 1 Compact Crossover, and No. 1 Midsize SUV of 2018.
The AutoDeal Awards is driven solely by Sales Agent performance metrics and Customer Feedback. Data used to determine the winners will be collected from January 1 to December 31, 2018. Meanwhile, the Sales Agent of the Year Award is open to all registered sales agents on AutoDeal.com.ph, provided that they have been on the platform for at least three (3) months by December 31, 2018.
Winners will be announced on February 1, 2019.
