Third year running of car awards, based on online customer data in the Philippines
To cap off another outstanding year on AutoDeal.com.ph, the Philippines' leading online vehicle marketplace is looking back on the past 365 days to find the best Agents, Dealers, and Brands of 2019. What makes it truly stand out is that the annual AutoDeal Awards program is driven purely by online customer data - to find who excelled in converting online sales and provided the very best digital customer service experience through the AutoDeal platform.
As in previous years, the awards will pour through 12 months' worth of data from its 2,000+ agent and 300+ dealer partners in search of the top performers of 2019. It scores them on how well they interact with customers and how effective they are at closing sales, based on real-world transactions with actual car buyers who shop online.
Collated results then determine the winners of the 2019 AutoDeal Awards covering three (3) major awards: 2019 Sales Agent of the Year, 2019 Dealer of the Year, and the 2019 Online Customer Service Award.
While the criteria remains unchanged, the emphasis for 2019 is on an agent, dealer, and brand's ability to close sales. Hence, starting this year Sales Conversion (total sales vs. total leads received) now account for 50% of the total score. Reply Speed and Customer Feedback, on the other hand, are now worth 25% each.
AutoDeal will name three (3) of its top performing agents who will each receive a cash prize worth P50,000 for 1st place, P20,000 for 2nd place, and P10,000 for 3rd place. But only the best in the group will be given the coveted 2019 AutoDeal Sales Agent of the Year award along with a trophy.
Meanwhile, aggregated agents scores from a dealer's digital sales team (based on the same criteria above) will be used to determine the 2019 AutoDeal Dealer of the Year. Only one (1) from its 300+ partner dealers nationwide shall be given the prized distinction as well as a trophy.
Lastly, the highest award is given to the best overall performing brand on AutoDeal for the entire year. The 2019 AutoDeal Online Customer Service Award is meant to recognize brands as a whole, on their dealers' and agents' cumulative performance on AutoDeal. What's different for 2019, however, is that this award is no longer exclusive to OEMs and Distributors who have subscribed to the platform. Instead, it's now open to all brands who have at least 50% of their nationwide dealer network signed up as a partner dealer. Previous winners of this award include Nissan Philippines in 2017 and Mazda Philippines in 2018.
The AutoDeal Awards is driven solely by Sales Agent performance metrics and Customer Feedback. Data used to determine the winners will be collected from January 1 to December 31, 2019. Meanwhile, the Sales Agent of the Year Award is open to all registered sales agents on AutoDeal.com.ph, provided that they have been on the platform for at least three (3) months by December 31, 2019.
