AutoDeal to recognize the best online car sellers in 2020 Awards.

Now in its fourth year; the AutoDeal Awards are set to once again recognize the best performing car brands, dealers, and sales representatives in the field of online commerce.

Using data from more than 25,000 sales made across more than 450 car dealers nationwide; the AutoDeal Awards team will crunch vital data related to overall customer satisfaction, inquiry response time and lead to sale conversion rates to determine who truly deserves to be recognized as the top performers with regards to online customer service.

In addition to this, the coveted Sales Agent of the Year accolade will also be combined with a P50,000 cash prize, with smaller cash rewards for the first and second runners up. For the first time, the awards team will also provide a Consumer Choice Award for the vehicle that receives the best owner satisfaction scores that are tabulated via AutoDeal’s user review feature.

Criteria for the other three awards are similar to previous years, with data closing for final analysis on Sunday 31st January 2021 and winners to be announced on March 5, 2021.

AutoDeal 2020 Agent of the Year Award

The Agent of the Year Award will be up for grabs for any participating AutoDeal sales agent who has accumulated six (6) or more sales on the AutoDeal.com.ph platform from January 1 to December 31, 2020. The primary scoring system will take into consideration the agent lead-to-sale conversion score and the ratio of completed sales to five-star customer feedback reviews. In the possibility of a tie, the average response time of the agents over a 12-month period will be used to break the deadlock. 

AutoDeal 2020 Dealer of the Year Award

The Dealer of the Year Award will be for grabs to any participating dealership  that has accumulated twelve (12) or more sales on the AutoDeal.com.ph platform from January 1 to December 31, 2020. Scoring will be similar to the agent award; taking into consideration the dealer lead-to-sale conversion score and the ratio of completed sales to five-star customer feedback reviews. In the possibility of a tie, the average response time of the dealer over a 12-month period will be used to break the deadlock.

AutoDeal 2020 Consumer Choice Award

The AutoDeal Consumer Choice Award will award the vehicle which accumulates the best overall average user review score based on owner satisfaction with fuel economy, driving performance, comfort, style and looks, interior features, and interior space.

AutoDeal 2020 Online Customer Service Award

Finally, the AutoDeal Online Customer Service Award will be provided to any brand that has accumulated fifty (50) or more AutoDeal platform sales from January 1 to December 31, 2020. The primary scoring system will examine the overall lead-to-sale conversion score and the ratio of completed sales to five-star customer feedback reviews. In the possibility of a tie, the average response time of the brand over a 12-month period will be used to break the deadlock. This criteria has been specifically designed to award brands not just on volume, but attentiveness to the needs of consumers when transacting online. As a result the award is open to brands of all sizes.

Mazda Philippines are the reigning title holders for the Online Customer Service Award having had their name stamped on the trophy in both 2018 and 2019. Last year also saw Chevrolet Batangas become crowned as the Dealer of the Year; with their sales agent representative Arline Aguirre bagging the agent of the year trophy and the P50,000 cash prize.

With time ticking down to the final deadline; agents and dealers are reminded to ensure that their sales information has been carefully logged in the AutoDeal Lead-Management System. More information for dealers and agents will be supplied in the coming weeks through the AutoDeal for Agents Facebook group.
