The Autohub Group makes servicing your vehicle much easier with its new mobile app. The new mobile app is designed to make dealership appointments easier. The user can also track the progress of how the service is going, and at what stage it is in the process. The application also comes with the added bonus of informing users of upcoming promos and brand news under the auto group.
The app eliminates the need for the customer to either physically go to the dealership or call it up for scheduling. In some cases, when the service manager or agent is busy, he or she may not be able to attend to the customer immediately. The customer may have to wait for an indefinite amount of time to even scheduled in. The long wait times may lead to frustration and inconvenience on the side of the customer. The new app handles this workload, freeing up the person in charge of scheduling.
The app covers all brands under Autohub’s distributorship. This means that users can schedule their vehicles for maintenance service on the app regardless of the brand. Autohub carries such brands as, Nissan, Ford, Mini, Ssangyong, Hyundai, and Mazda.
All the users have to do is register their vehicles and they can set an appointment immediately. Setting an online appointment is done by selecting the car icon on the lower right of the home screen and then by clicking the Book Now icon that appears. The customer will then have to select which car they want to be serviced and what time of job needs to be done. The app even has provisions for someone other than the owner bringing in the vehicle for servicing.
The app registration process is simple. Users can use their Facebook to sign up or use an email address and create a password. After registration has been completed, the app is ready for use. Registering a vehicle is also easy all the user has to do is look for the brand and model and fill in the required information.
For added security and information, the app also comes with a chat function wherein the customer can talk to a service representative to check on their unit. Users can also use the function to reschedule their maintenance visits in case their desired time slot is taken. Having the feature makes communication between the customer and service personnel much easier. A QR code is also provided making accessing a customer’s profile easier on the dealership side of things. The app is now available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play store.
