The Mitsubishi Mirage and Mirage G4 have been in the automotive market for quite some time now. As veterans of the subcompact hatchback and sedan segments, these vehicles are at the prime age for a new model to replace them. While Mitsubishi Philippines has announced that it will be bringing in the new Mirage and G4 models very soon, it has yet to announce its official launch date in the country.
While it may take some time for the new models to arrive, the Autohub group has released something special to scratch that new model itch. The dealership group has released its own limited edition “Sport” version of the Mitsubishi Mirage and Mirage G4 models.
The Mitsubishi Mirage Sport comes with custom black exterior accents on the grille, side mirrors, front bumper, and rear bumper. It also gets a set of blacked-out wheels as well as a blacked-out roof as well. Aside from these cosmetic upgrades the hatchback back remains largely the same as the standard GLX MT model at least based on the promotion video for it. The pricing for the special variant has yet to be released but it was confirmed that only 20 units will be made available through Autohub’s Mitsubishi dealership locations.
The Mitsubishi Mirage G4 Sport, on the other hand, also gets a similar treatment to its hatchback sibling. It gets special gunmetal accents on the front bumper, grille, and at the rear on the trunk lid. Like its hatchback sibling, the G4 also gets a blacked-out roof treatment. Aside from these minor cosmetic upgrades, the specifications for the limited-edition variant still remain the same as the standard model. While these updates are only cosmetic, they do offer customers a bit of exclusivity as only a select few will be able to get their hands on them.
