Following the COVID-19 pandemic, United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. (UAAGI) is extending some solace to its clients who have purchased a Foton vehicle. The company has announced that they will be extending considerations during this difficult time.
President Rommel Sytin stated that “what we want for our customers is for them to worry less.” Hence, Foton vehicles with warranties set to expire during the quarantine people, and those who have scheduled preventative maintenance service will be given until June 30, 2020, to avail.
Subsequently, auto loan payments will be given grace periods. Clients working with BDO, BPI-Family Bank, Chinabank, Eastwest Bank, Maybank, PSBank, RCBC, UCPB, and Security Bank may delay their payment. However, UAAGI advises customers to visit the banks’ websites or contact customer service hotlines for the particulars regarding payment extension.
Thanks to bank partners and the aftersales services of Foton Philippines, customers need not worry about the Foton brand’s support in a trying time.
This won’t be possible without the consideration and generosity of our bank partners. They are also the reasons why our clients choose our brand: because they take care of our clients as much as they care for the brand.
Also adhering to the government’s protocols, Foton Philippines will be closing all its dealers across the country, which means that social distancing is in full effect for UAAGI. The temporary closure doesn’t mean that buyers and existing clients can’t connect with the brand, instead, the customer care hotline and digital platforms will all be available and ready to accept any queries and concerns.
To end, President Rommel Sytin stated, “We are here, we believe and hope that just like the challenges the nation has experienced before, this will also be something that the Filipinos will be able to overcome.”
