Columbian Autocar Corporation (CAC), the exclusive distributor of Kia vehicles in the Philippines, has launched the Kia Service Official App. This new mobile app is geared towards providing customers with faster and more convenient service anytime, anywhere.
Through this app, customers can easily find a Kia dealership nearest to them and book an appointment. They can also request for roadside assistance or receive vehicle repair status updates. On top of those, a Feedback option is given to let customers express their satisfaction and to help CAC improve the app and their service in the process.
The best part about it is that it’s free and is compatible on both Android and iOS devices via Google Play and Apple App Store, respectively.
Today’s market is really on-the-go and consumers are more reliant on their smartphones for various wants and needs. We are happy to bring an efficient and reliable service for our customers through a medium that is readily accessible to them, and that’s through a free, downloadable app,” expressed CAC President, Ginia R. Domingo as she highlights the digitalization of their brand’s Family-like Care service.
Finally according to CAC, this app is ready to serve in parts of Luzon, Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao. Few important things worth noting is that when using the app, the country should be set to Philippines. After this, hit the “Join us” button and register.
