Volkswagen’s line-up speak of qualities that people would want in a car; easy to drive, practical, and efficient, which they make available for everyone. And to further enhance the Volkswagen ownership experience, they’re stepping a notch higher by giving new owners free Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) for the first 2 years of ownership.
Called the “Volkswagen Worry-Free Ownership Program,” this covers 1 year or 15,000 km and 2 years or 30,000 km, whichever comes first. Proud new VW owners will be provided a service voucher for each PMS schedule that must be presented to the Volkswagen dealership on their annual service check-up. This covers parts and labor as specified in the official Volkswagen Service Menu.
But do note that replacement of consumable parts such as brake pads, rotor disc, battery, wiper blades, tires, and aircon are not included.
The free 2 year preventive maintenance service aims to provide a great ownership experience backed by an already commendable vehicle lineup you’ve come to love from Volkswagen. If you give it some thought, one would quickly realize that the program also gives new owners a lot of savings from the cost of each PMS visit - something that needs to be considered aside from the SRP when shopping for a new car.
But you do have to hurry. This promo only applies to all new Volkswagens purchased from January 14 to March 31, 2015. The line-up includes the Polo Hatchback, Polo Sedan, Jetta, 21st century Beetle, Touran, Tiguan, Touareg, and Golf GTI.
