2018 is just right at the corner and in what way do car companies want to celebrate the new year? Participate in the North American International Auto Show with exciting new generation models. Jeep doesn't want to miss this out as it is scheduled to bring the 2019 Cherokee for the public's eyes to see.
You heard it right, the American brand's midsize SUV is bound to official debut its new look next year. Jeep released some photos revealing a new bumper and headlamp design. The headlamps now feature a more edgy shape, while the air vents below them have been eliminated. The hood also contains new character lines, which all-in-all resulted to a simpler yet more eye-catching Cherokee.
The rear features minor updates, like the license plate housing being brought higher on the tailgate. It also features a new rear bumper, which makes it look bulkier and thick. The taillight design is also new, while its shape remains the same.
According to Jeep, the new Cherokee will come with "even more fuel-efficient powertrain options." Anything beyond that, we still don't know but Jeep promised to lay out more photos and information on January 16, 2018 at the North American International Auto Show.
