The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will continue to implement the Extended No Window Hour scheme in all circumferential and radial roads until Monday, January 30, 2017.
This was announced through the official Facebook page of MMDA. Of note, roads that are affected are the following:

As a review, the No Window Hour policy was implemented in EDSA and C5 in October last year. This is MMDA’s solution to the worsening traffic situation in the said thoroughfares. It was in November when the scheme was extended from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Meanwhile, MMDA said that the No Window Hours policy will continue to take effect after the termination of the Extended Hour (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.) scheme. However, the announcement only holds true until MMDA declares otherwise.
