Jetour Auto from China has launched its latest SUV, the Jetour T2, in the UAE, which shows how much China's car technology has improved and makes people wonder if it will come to the Philippines, where there is an obvious growing market for premium and high tech SUVs.
The Jetour T2 has a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that gives 255 horsepower and 390 Nm of torque, is matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, and has a four-wheel-drive system. The SUV is also made to handle different driving needs with multiple modes like sport, economy, and various off-road settings, depending on the road condition.
When talking about size, the T2 is pretty, with dimensions of 4785mm long, 2006mm wide, and 1880mm tall, while also having a spacious wheelbase of 2800mm and standing 220mm off the ground. The car is provided with useful features for both safety and ease of driving, such as a 360-degree camera system, a water depth check system, and parking assistance.
For safety, the T2 offers features such as blind-spot monitoring, lane departure warning, emergency braking, and cruise control that adapts to traffic conditions. Inside, the SUV presents a comfortable ride with suede seats, a health-friendly cabin environment, and a top-quality 12-channel SONY audio system for music lovers.
As reported by Gulf News, the Co-Founder of The Elite Cars, has mentioned in the event their commitment to addressing the needs and exceeding the expectations of their clientele in the UAE.
"With its impeccable design and advanced features, Jetour's latest model - The T2 is perfectly suited for the demands of this region. Our valued customers can venture into any terrain with peace of mind, knowing that their Jetour T2 will effortlessly conquer any challenge."
China is really pushing forward in the car industry, and T2 is a big part of that progress. Hopefully, the Philippines will get to see this new SUV on its roads soon since it would definitely be a great addition to the growing selection of high-end cars available in the country.
