Subaru cars are up for grabs at the Subaru Roadshow this weekend until November 30. Cars like the Outback and the Levorg comes with 0% interest offerings, while the Forester and XV can be bought through all-in downpayment promos. Head over to SM Mall of Asia, SM Aura Premier, and World Trade Center to avail these offers from Subaru.

Mitsubishi PH names 25 partner suppliers for CARS program

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation’s (MMPC) will now locally produce the Mirage hatchback and Mirage G4 sedan, in addition to the Adventure and L300 models. This is in line to their participation in the Comprehensive Automotive Resurgence Strategy (CARS) program in the second quarter of 2016.

Honda launches 1.0L turbo Civic in China

Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. in China introduced a new variant of the Honda Civic – the Comfort Edition, powered by a turbocharged 1.0L engine. It’s either mated to a 6-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable transmission (CVT), with a maximum output of 123 hp and 173 Nm of torque. This is almost as powerful as the 1.8L variants found in the Philippines.

Mazda to join electric vehicle trend by 2019

Mazda’s head of research and development announced that they will be joining the electric vehicle trend by 2019. However, it won’t be in a new platform and the project will be a partnership between them and Toyota.
