Subaru will be adding more spice to the BRZ nameplate – this time, an STI Sport special. This is part of its 45th Tokyo Motor Show (TMS) line-up that's happening on October 27 to November 5, 2017.
According to Subaru, this upgraded BRZ STI will be the highest-grade model in the coupe's expanding range. However, there were no power tweaks done on this edition. Instead, what Subaru did is stretch the coupe's potential in terms of handling stability. This means, the BRZ STI Sport gets its exclusive suspension tuning for that fine handling experience.
Not only did it get an exclusive suspension system, this limited edition BRZ got sleek exterior changes wrapped in exclusive Cool Gray Khaki finish. The interior also gets a special treatment that is also exclusive to the model.

Sadly, the BRZ STI Sport special edition will not be available outside Japan and is said to be limited to only 100 units. Even more, interested individuals cannot buy this limited BRZ as they wish, because those 100 units will be sold by lottery.
More details regarding the technical specifications of the BRZ STI Sport edition will be announced on October 25, 2017, 2 days before its debut at the 2017 TMS.
The BRZ STI Sport special edition is just 1 of the 6 new cars from Subaru that will take part at this year’s TMS. It will be showcased alongside the WRX STI-based new S208, Outback Limited Smart Edition, XV Fun Adventure Concept, Impreza Future Sport Concept, and the center-stager Viziv Performance Concept.
