After releasing a teaser early this month, we finally get a first look at the official trailer of the 8th and latest installment of The Fast and The Furious franchise – The Fate of the Furious.
The official trailer features the movie’s regulars: explosions, car chases, and fight scenes. However, there’s a plot twist that may leave you speechless, considering that the entire franchise’s story revolves around keeping your family intact.
Of course, what’s a car movie without the fast and the furious cars? We spotted notable models driven by the main casts such as Dom's (Vin Diesel) Dodge Challenger, Tej's (Ludacris) Mercedes-AMG GT, Roman's (Tyrese Gibson) Bentley Continental, Letty's (Michelle Rodriguez) Chevrolet Corvette, a modded Subaru BRZ, and the huge International MXT by Hobbs' (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson).
The scenes were shot mostly at New York in the US with scenes moving to Cuba and Iceland. The movie will also feature Jason Statham and Charlize Theron, with the latter as the main villain. It's directed by F. Gary Gary and produced by Vin Diesel, Neal H. Moritz, and Michael Fottrell.
The Fate of the Furious will hit the theaters on April 2017. Watch the official trailer below.
