Chevrolet circulated a teaser photo of a concept truck to grace their booth at this year’s Bangkok International Motor Show. From the looks of it, we can guess that this could be an all-new (or at least a tricked-out) version of the Colorado pickup that’s shown here. Or is it?
We’re not too keen on wagering for that particular model alone. That’s because according to GM Thailand and Chevrolet Sales Thailand Managing Director Marcos A. Purty, they’ll be highlighting 2 concepts in the said event. The brand also stated that these will hint of their plans to boost the pickup and SUV segments for Thai Market.
So is it possible that this could also be a sneak-peek of a next-generation Trailblazer SUV? Your guess is as good as ours. What we can assure though is that whatever this is, its bulging hood, wider fender, fatter tire, and prominent snorkel all point to it being a big off-roader with capable performance - just like the Trailblazer and Tracker Pro variants of the Colorado.
We’ll keep you posted for the latest updates on these and more as the 2016 Bangkok International Motor Show opens its doors from March 23 to April 3. In the meantime, check out the current models of the Chevrolet Colorado and Trailblazer at the AutoDeal Car Guide.
