Other options to avail this particular promo include a 20% downpayment offer wherein new owners won’t have to pay the first monthly fee of P13,229. There's also a 50% downpayment offer that lowers the monthly amortization to P8,268 and still gives the first month free. Both financing schemes are available on a 60-month plan via EastWest Bank.
