Ford Philippines has introduced two new digital service initiatives, the Online Service Booking and the Service Price Calculator, aimed at enhancing the customer ownership experience. These initiatives are part of Ford's commitment to treating its customers like family and are accessible through the Ford Philippines website.
The Online Service Booking is designed to simplify the process of scheduling service appointments. Customers can now book appointments at their preferred Ford dealership with ease, anytime and from anywhere.
This digital tool provides instant booking confirmation and allows customers to make modifications to their bookings as needed. It offers a user-friendly booking process, the option to choose a preferred service advisor, real-time appointment availability checks, and the ability to pre-select the nearest dealer based on the customer's location.
Notifications are sent via email or mobile number, keeping customers informed. Additionally, a Service Price Calculator is integrated into the Online Service Booking system, allowing customers to view price estimates before finalizing their appointment. Customers can also choose between In-Dealer Service, regular maintenance performed at Ford dealerships, or Express Service for a quicker experience.
The Service Price Calculator is a valuable tool that provides customers with estimated Periodic Maintenance Schedule (PMS) service pricing in advance. This tool enables customers to understand the expected costs associated with maintaining their Ford vehicle, based on the selected model and dealership. It generates estimated service pricing for specific Ford vehicles, giving customers a clear idea of what to expect before their service appointment.
Joyce Laxamana, Director of the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) at Ford Philippines, emphasized their commitment to providing the next-generation ownership experience that customers deserve. With the introduction of the Online Service Booking and Service Price Calculator, Ford aims to simplify the process of scheduling vehicle servicing and give customers peace of mind by providing cost estimates in advance.
At Ford, we continue to look for ways to give our customers the next-generation ownership experience they deserve. With Online Service Booking and Service Price Calculator, we make it easier for our customers to schedule their vehicle servicing and know the projected PMS costs beforehand to deliver convenient and worry-free service maintenance on their fingertips
These two digital service tools are part of Ford's broader strategy to build trust and confidence among its customers, creating a seamless and personalized ownership experience. By embracing digital technology and enhancing convenience, Ford Philippines aims to strengthen its relationship with its customers, ensuring that they feel like valued members of the Ford family.
These new initiatives reflect the company's dedication to delivering a superior customer experience in every aspect of vehicle ownership and maintenance. Customers can access these services through the Ford Philippines website, making it easy to book service appointments and receive pricing estimates, thereby streamlining their ownership experience.
