We know what you're thinking...Hulk smash! Darn right, it feels good to say it the moment you see this uncanny green Mustang. But no, it isn't inspired by Marvel's furious big fella'; it's a new color for the Mustang to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
We don't celebrate St. Patrick's Day like other countries such as the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, to name a few. Basically, because these countries were involved in the historical Irish diaspora, when millions of Irish people disperse from their homeland. Oh, and did we mention that St. Patrick is an Irish patron saint? He is, and he's known for wearing green garments in his lifetime.

With this, Ford felt the need of a green Mustang, and it turned out pretty satisfying with the Hulk-ish color.
Considering that we're used to a red, navy blue, gray, black, or an orange Mustang, there's certainly a room for a green one. Ford calls it the Need for Green, and it is seen to have bold and modern characteristics that lifts the sports coupe's identity on the road even better.
“This is a color Mustang fans will celebrate because of its confident and youthful attitude. Need for Green is vibrant and jumps out at you, giving Mustang owners a look that definitely stands out in a crowd.”
The Need for Green Mustang will be for the 2019 Mustang lineup this summer, while currently, Ford Philippines still has the 2017 model. So, if you're looking forward to driving this cool green Mustang, you'll have to wait until the 2018—and then 2019—lineup makes it here. Or maybe not.
