This year’s Los Angeles Auto Show has been a witness to special cars that are feast to the eyes of the fans and enthusiasts. One of them is the 2017 Nissan Rogue: Rogue One Star Wars Limited Edition.
Albeit, collaboration of movies and cars isn’t exactly a new story for fans of both industries – Iron Man has Audi, Transformers has Chevrolet, and James Bond has Aston Martin.
However, this is the first time that the Star Wars franchise has officially collaborated with any car brand – and Nissan is lucky to have named the compact crossover Rogue back in 2008.
The Nissan Rogue is the North American version of the X-Trail, which received a refresh and major update to its safety and technological features this year. All these upgrades were inherited by the limited edition model.
To solidify its distinction, the Nissan Rogue: Rogue One Star Wars Limited Edition has been branded with Star Wars in most parts. It has a unique badge, exclusive exterior and interior trims, and a full-size Death Trooper collectible helmet.

It’s also available in Darth Vader-ish Magnetic Black or a Storm Tropper-ish Glacier White color options – both with charcoal interior color scheme. The only dilemma for the owner now is to choose between the dark and the light side of the force.

Unfortunately, the 5,400 units of the Rogue One Star Wars Limited Edition models will only be sold in North America. Just a wishful thinking, but we do hope that they bring it here for the local fans of the sci-fi movie.
