Everest fans, this one’s for you. The beloved car has recently turned to the dark side, in a good way. Ford has introduced the Everest Sport Special Edition in Thailand, adding a black-themed exterior and upgraded details to its well-known SUV lineup. The Everest has remained a popular choice in markets where it’s available, and this new edition offers a sportier, more refined appearance for those looking for a distinct style.
The blacked-out design sets this Everest apart. It comes with a black roof, black hood lettering, and a black rear spoiler, giving it a sleeker and more aggressive presence. The 20-inch alloy wheels also follow the black theme, featuring Asphalt Black rims with one red spoke and five gloss-black spokes, wrapped in 255/55R20 tires. Buyers can choose from two paint colors—Snowflake White Pearl and Aluminum Metallic—which contrast with the dark elements to complete the special edition’s look.
The Everest Sport Special Edition is made for those who want a bold and stylish SUV. The black roof and trim elements create a striking contrast with the body color, while the dark-themed wheels with a red accent add a sporty look, making this version different from the standard Everest models.
Inside, the black theme continues with dark trim accents throughout the cabin. The front seats are eight-way power adjustable, providing extra comfort for the driver and passenger. Other premium features include a wireless charging pad and a 12-inch infotainment screen, giving easy access to modern tech for entertainment and connectivity. Under the hood, the Everest Sport Special Edition comes with a 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine, paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.
Priced at around P2.67M, this edition gives buyers another option in the Everest lineup. Ford continues to expand its SUV offerings, making sure there is something for everyone. Who needs chrome? Ford doesn’t. While we wait for updates on this edition’s arrival in the Philippines, browse Ford’s lineup on AutoDeal.com.ph.
